How to LET GO

If you want to be free…you need to let go of all the people and things that hold you back. Open your heart and release them.

Allow yourself to live for YOU without worrying about anyone else. Set yourself FREE!

You deserve to live a life where you walk through your days with a light, peaceful, and content heart.

If you are at a place where you are feeling heavy learn to let go of the following things to start reducing some weight so you can become lighter…

  1. Learn not to care what people think. 

It doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter...UNLESS YOU LET IT. 

We decide WHAT and WHO we let affect us. If it doesn’t matter to us it doesn’t affect us. 

2. Let go of needing VALIDATION or APPROVAL.

Not everyone will understand you, not everyone will agree with you, and most people won’t even care.

Most people are too busy living their lives to really pay attention to how you’re living yours. Even if they are paying attention, don’t worry about what people MIGHT think...it doesn’t matter.  

3. Let go of feeling responsible for people’s reactions. 

It is IMPOSSIBLE to please everyone.

No matter how loud you are some people will not hear you and not matter how much you explain some people will not understand you.

Know your truth (your heart and your intentions).

You are only responsible for your intentions...not for how others interpret or respond to them.

4. Learn to be ok with putting yourself first without feeling any guilt from it. 

It’s not only OK it is necessary to make yourself your #1 priority.

You must take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else.

There should be zero guilt gained from this.

It’s like feeling guilty for eating food or drinking water.

Taking care of yourself, emotionally, mentally, and physically is a key tool necessary to be successful at life. 

Let go of the things that weigh you down and you’ll see how much further you’l go.
