I know that many people struggle with finding quick, healthy, easy, and creative meals to cook, so I'm sharing my recipes from start to finish with every detail I could think of so you have all the information you need to cook them at home for yourself.

Shrimp Stir Fry (Shrimp can be substituted for Chicken or made Vegetarian)

Prep time: About 25 mins

Cook time: About 35 mins

(The entire process should take less than an hour)

Ingredients in order of cooking (For 2 people):

1/4 Cup Yellow Onion

3 Regular sized Carrots

1 Large yellow Squash

1/2 of a Cabbage Head

1 lb - 1 & 1/2 lbs of Large Shrimp (you'll see numbers like 21/15 which means you can expect to get 21 to 25 shrimp per pound.)

1 - 2 Chive Sticks (use both the white & green parts for flavor)

1 Serrano Chile

Salt & Pepper to taste
