Permission to pause

After a miscarriage you can be left with an overwhelming empty feeling. And it leaves you eager to fill the void.⁣

The last thing you want to do is wait, especially because time doesn't seem to be on our side, but sometimes it can the best thing we do for yourselves.⁣

I took a 4 month break after my last miscarriage & I've used that time to make some lifestyle changes to help give me trust & confidence in my body again.⁣

Taking a break wasn't easy because well, I have baby fever.⁣

I've waited my whole life to be ready for this & now that I'm here, I want it NOW.⁣⁣

But pausing gave me more clarity then I could've imagined.⁣

⁣Taking a break can be as short or as long as you need.⁣

It can be 1 day you give yourself or several months. It's up to you.⁣

But if you feel like you need a pause, give yourself permission to do it. ⁣
